Admission Guidelines & Policies
- The school session is from April to March.
- Admission is open to all children.
- The child needs to fulfil age criteria as stipulated by the School
- Admission process is carried out and entrance tests conducted for different class levels.
- No entrance test for class Junior K.G & Senior K.G. Only Family Meet.
Registration
- Admission form Fee is Rs. 500/- to be paid at school office, filled and duly signed by parents.
- Bring all necessary documents for completing the form.
- Parents/Guardians seeking admission for their wards shall apply in the month of December for the next academic year starting 1st April.
- The Registration Fee of Rs. 500/- is Non-Refundable.
- Provisional admission will be granted subject to the availability of seats and confirmed when all the requirements are met with
Documents Required
- 1 copy of Online Registration form
- 2 passport size photos
- Birth Certificate duly attested copy.
- School Leaving Certificate STD 1 onwards
- Report Card from previous schoolm
- Medical certificate
Please Note: It is mandatory for the parents to carry the documents at the time of admission process. No excuse for having no documents will be entertained.
- Parents have to provide complete information about the child and their family.
- In case of any health problem (psychological or physical), it is the school’s right to know & parent’s duty to inform, at the time of registration itself.
- If Parents agree to fully abide by the ‘School Rules & Regulations’, along with the given ‘Fee Structure’, then only their ward shall be considered eligible for admission.
- Once the child is granted admission to the school, it is requested that the Parents must be vigilant to abide by the Rules & Regulations of the school / Payment of Fees on time w.r.t. the Fee Structure -as it is now or as may be amended from time to time / year to year.
- Admission of the child without TC form in original (previous school/ previous class) & other required documents shall be deemed as Provisional Admission and is liable to be cancelled unless all mandatory documents are submitted within month from the date of admission.
- Admission test is compulsory for all candidates seeking fresh admission to school. No candidate will be admitted unless he/she has appeared in the test and qualified for the class to which admission is sought.
- Parents/Guardians are instructed to fill-in the admission forms with utmost accuracy. No changes will be permitted thereafter, for any reason whatsoever
- The correct date of birth of the applicant will be supported with a proper certificate and it will not be changed later.
- If the admission is sealed, the first quarter fees at the time of the admission has to be paid w.e.f. April of the given academic session. 1st April to 30th June (1st Quarter / to be paid by 10 April ) 1st July to 30th September (2nd Quarter / to be paid by 10 July ) 1st October to 31st December (3rd Quarter / to be paid by 10 October ) 1st January to 31st March (4th Quarter / to be paid by 10 January ) .
- Parents are hereby informed that to meet the rising expenses every year in terms of salaries, infrastructural needs and overall development of the school, there will be a nominal hike in fee every year as per state government norms.
